The Regency house renovation project required the repair and enhancement of a unique 32 year old property nestled in the Noosa Hinterland. The house originally constructed in 1981, is situated high on the Sunrise Rd ridgeline providing spectacular coastal views. The owners wished to optimise these views by creating a second storey and expansive master retreat, ensuite, and dressing room on the upper level. The timber and brick house had received little maintenance throughout its life and was extremely dilapidated and had some
termite damage. Our brief was to restore the former glory of this property; the new owners aim was to keep the integrity of the original design but modernize it’s out dated finishes and open up and extending the main living area ensuring we capitalized on the amazing views out over Noosa and Laguna Bay.
“The result was transformation of a dated timber house to a spectacular contemporary Noosa home using the latest building mediums and old fashion craftsmanship.” Grant & Rachael Upton
